  I ordered my food at 11:55 am on 12/19/2017 to be delivered to my job FedEx Ground. It was three separate orders and the first driver that came did not deliver until 1:10 pm. Upon his arrival, the driver only had one order and not the other two. I reached out to Ann Maries because of not the time that mattered but because the driver only came with one order. After speaking to the manager on duty, he reassured that the second driver will be coming in 5 minutes. In addition, the manger I spoke to inform that they were busy and backed up. As a courtesy, I gave 10 minutes and still no driver. I called them again and the young lady that took my order, if I can recall her name was Alexandra and I informed her that the second driver has yet to arrive. Asked for the manager and now the manager I spoke to was unavailable but I will receive a call back today from the main manager who was not in. This was me and my coworkers first time ordering from them and we are highly disappointed in the service. Called in at 11:55pm and now it is 1:50 pm still no food has arrived. Hopefully, the head manager will return my call to rectify the situation at hand that has occurred. My food just arrived at 2:05 and it is lukewarm as well as the same driver brought it not a new one. It seems like my food has been sitting awhile until he returned back to pick it up. (Truly Disappointed) :(:(:(:(:(:(
  
  I have been waiting two days now from Dec.19, 2017 -Dec. 21, 2017 for a call back from the manager Tony that the young lady Alexandra told me he would be doing to handle the situation. Never experienced this type of customer service from a food chain. I guess its a first time for everything.
  
  PS: Food was not so great....

  Horrible. I ordered food around 8:40p on 10/06/17. Did not get my delivery yet around 10p so I called and asked what was going on and was told that the "chef's" never received my ticket. This place cannot obviously keep up with what sounded like a busy place. Too bad because it was my first time ordering there and I will never attempt it again. Didn't even get to taste the food. If you can't even get the ticket to the cooks lord knows if the cooks can even cook or delivery man can even drive. No offer of a credit being added to my account no anything just a sorry and then a dial-tone. Shame on this place. Prices too expensive for a cheesesteak w/ fries and a turkey and cheese sub - $30.....
