  I appreciate all the honest reviews here. I almost ignored them after deciding to go take a look at the apartments. I currently live in Parkland and love my townhouse but we are relocating. I stopped in the other day to discuss floor plans , pricing and move in dates. I had not scheduled a tour so it was basically on the whim. I would have been okay had they expressed they were busy but that was not the case. I walked in to the leasing office after two maintenance men. Then held the door open for another. Not one of them even acknowledged me. I walked in to a clearly very frustrated woman talking to a man that worked there. She saw me but continued her conversation. I just stood there looking dumb as I was not greeted by her or anyone. Another man who had just finished a tour came in and he as well did not acknowledge me standing there. It is proper and professional to greet and acknowledge future residents as well as current residents. Aside from the obvious rudeness , no one looked happy. Also it is quite inappropriate to have what was clearly an unpleasant conversation around your residents. Anyways thanks but no thanks. I am just happy I didn't have my husband and baby get out of the car.
