  Hate to give it one star but I've been having repeated bad experiences with how I've been treated over the years with a particular staff member & I'm tired of this person doing this. This person should know better too bc it's a person that works in customer service. I don't complain there & have shopped for years there. Gave this person so many chances to ease off & give me a break but no.... it hasn't made a difference. Have to drive out of my way to go to another publix & go to walmart just to not have someone yell at me from behind the counter. This person puts on a fake-friendly presence but the words are not, they're berating words, especially seeing it year after year here. I wish this person would just stop it & hopefully somebody will catch on bc I can't be the only person this has been happening to.... literally for years now, come on.
